Evangelistic Ministries International, Inc. began in 1995 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and in 2009, it became also known as Lionsheart International Churches and Ministries (LICM). By the grace of God, Michael is President and Founder of this apostolic ministry.

LICM is an emerging association of apostolic churches and ministries in the United States, Africa and Central and South America.

LICM is relationship based, and seeks to fulfill the Great Commandments and Great Commission in order to build and expand the kingdom of God on the earth by; facilitating team ministry to plant churches, starting ministry training schools, providing apostolic service and oversight to relating churches and ministries, equipping and strengthening leaders and churches, conducting leadership and ministry conferences, and doing various good works projects.

Evangelistic Ministries International, Inc., (also known as Lionsheart International Churches and Ministries (LICM)) is a 501 C (3) non-profit corporation as defined by the Internal Revenue Service tax code. All donations are therefore tax-deductible within the United States.


About Michael Tomasulo 


Michael Tomasulo is President and Founder of Evangelistic Ministries International, Inc., also known as Lionsheart International Churches and Ministries. Michael is an apostle, called by the will and grace of God, who serves the body of Christ in the USA and in other countries. Through covenant relationships and apostolic partnership, Michael provides relating churches and ministries with apostolic service and oversight.

Michael received a ME (Master’s of Electrical Engineering) from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey and worked as an electrical engineer designing electronic power supplies and other systems for 10 years. Michael served as an elder at Covenant Community Church in Fort Walton Beach, Florida for several years before being ordained an evangelist in January, 1996. Michael left engineering on May 30, 1996, and together with Lisa, went into full time ministry.

Michael has traveled and ministered extensively in the United States. He has also ministered in the countries of Guyana, Trinidad, India, Venezuela, Guatemala, Peru, Costa Rica, Hungary, Ukraine, Japan, Botswana and Honduras. Michael ministers at churches and conferences in the USA and in other countries to; pastors and leaders, the general congregation, men and women, youth, and at revivals and evangelistic campaigns (crusades). The meetings are often characterized by healings, salvations, prophetic ministry and deliverances. Michael’s powerful testimony is often used by God to touch many lives. He is used in the word of knowledge, prophecy, gifts of healing, miracles, and have seen: tumors disappear; the blind see; the lame walk; the deaf hear; the mute speak; flat feet receive arches; stroke symptoms healed; cancer healed; diabetes healed; scoliosis healed; blood diseases and problems healed; and back, neck, shoulder, knee pain and problems healed. A baby was also raised from the dead in Okinawa, Japan.

Michael has a passion for equipping leaders and all believers for the work of ministry. He desires to lay the foundation of Jesus Christ in the lives of believers. He also labors to win people to Christ and to equip and encourage other Christians to do the same. Michael has a great desire to see the church develop an intimate relationship with Christ and to reach its full potential in God. He desires and endeavors to see God’s kingdom built and expanded on the earth in practical ways through apostolic evangelism, the development of ministry training schools and church planting. In October 2003, Michael planted a home church (LionsHeart Community Church) in Denville, New Jersey. In the summer of 2008, Michael partnered with Apostle Alberto Santiago, Pastor Juan Cuevas and Pastor Jeff Hanes (Ministerio Apostolico Gracia Abundante) to plant a church in Omoa, Honduras. Michael has also partnered with Apostle Scott and Alanna Jennings to plant a church and start a ministry equipping center in Mahalapye, Botswana in May, 2010.
