International Ministry
Mar. 2 - Sept. 3, 2010
Michael Tomasulo, Alice Tomasulo (Michael's Mom) Doug Linser,
Jason Rinnear, and Scott & Alanna Jennings were recently living and
ministering in Botswana, Africa. The Lord is still working powerfully
there and we encourage you to check back here frequently for updates on
the team's progress.
Apostolic Ministry in Africa
In August 2007, the Tomasulos and Jennings went to Botswana to provide
apostolic ministry support to Apostle John and Anastasia Ramotshabi and
to Apostle Rob and Mary Grindley. While in Botswana, they ministered at
churches, preached at evangelistic campaigns, taught at a Bible School
and prayed for the sick. By the grace of God, people were saved, healed
and delivered from sickness, disease, and oppression. During this trip,
Michael began receiving vision from the Lord about doing future
apostolic work in Africa. Then one night before he preached at an
evangelistic campaign and while he was worshipping the Lord, Michael
had an unexpected encounter with the Lord.
Like an “Isaiah 6” experience, Michael suddenly felt sorrow
for sin and was led into a brief time of repentance, after which the
Lord said to him three times, “But, will you come here?” Immediately,
Michael realized that the Lord had called him and his family to spend
long periods of time in Botswana and other African nations to plant
churches, raise up and equip church leaders, edify and strengthen
churches and ministries, and to start ministry equipping centers. Thus,
the Lord had birthed the Tomasulo's apostolic ministry in Africa!
The following provides an overview of the strategy for an Apostolic
Ministry Initiative based in Mahalapye, Botswana, Africa. The
initiative begins March 2, 2010 and is a joint effort by Lionsheart
International Churches & Ministries (Michael Tomasulo) and
Church of the Harvest Equipping Ministries (Scott & Alanna
Jennings).
